Disclaimers, Maintenance & Tips

Overview

Our items are created using FDM 3D printing, a process that builds each piece layer‑by‑layer. Because of this method, you may notice visible layer lines, small surface variations, or slight measurement differences. These characteristics are normal for 3D‑printed objects and are not considered defects as long as the item is fully intact and functional.

Heat & Sunlight Exposure

To maintain the quality of your piece(s), keep it away from high heat and prolonged direct sunlight. Excessive warmth can cause warping or softening over time. We recommend storing and displaying your items in cool, shaded environments.

Cleaning & Handling

For cleaning, please avoid dishwashers or hot water. Instead, gently hand‑wash with cold water or wipe with a soft cloth. Harsh chemicals or abrasive tools may damage the surface.

For long‑term care, avoid bending or placing heavy pressure on thin or decorative areas, as they may be more delicate.

Painting & Finishing

Many of our items are designed to be paint‑ready. For best results, apply a primer before painting. Acrylic paints work well on 3D‑printed surfaces, and techniques like dry brushing can highlight fine details beautifully. If you’re new to painting, online tutorials—especially on YouTube—can be a helpful resource.

Long‑Term Care

With proper handling and storage, your 3D‑printed pieces will remain vibrant and sturdy for years. Keeping them out of extreme temperatures, cleaning them gently, and avoiding unnecessary pressure will help preserve their appearance and durability.
