Return Window

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition 

• Returned with all included parts, accessories, and packaging 

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note: Returns cannot be accepted due to buyer’s remorse, change of preference, or deciding you no longer want the item.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom-made or personalized products are non‑returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. This includes items printed to order, customized designs, or products created specifically for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We will:

• Replace the item at no cost, or

• Offer a refund if a replacement is not possible

Please include photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items.

You may exchange for:

• The same item

• A similar item of equal value

• A different item (price differences will be adjusted as needed)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

• We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products

• Items marked as final sale

• Used or damaged items not caused by shipping or manufacturing issues

• Items returned due to buyer’s remorse
